About Me

My name is Isabel Perez. I have been living in South Florida for over 30 years. I am a licensed Real Estate Agent with a passion  for helping clients find their dream homes or sell their properties at the best possible price. I believe in a client-first philosophy. I take the time to understand my clients' needs and preferences, offering personalized guidance and support throughout the buying or selling process. My approach is characterized by patience, attention to detail, and a deep commitment to client interests.

After a career in Commercial, Industrial and multifamily property management; I decided to move to Residential Real Estate sales.


Education has always been important to me. I have a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, I also have a CAM License and I am a Florida Notary. I continually take designation courses through the National Association of REALTORS to further my Real Estate knowledge and stay on the forefront of a continually changing industry.

As an agent of The Keyes Team, my focus is to assist sellers in preparing their homes for sale, so that they may obtain top dollar in a competitive market. We work hard to create a personalized and dynamic marketing strategy for each home that we sell. When I am not assisting clients, l enjoy photography, cooking, traveling and participating in community events. I believe in giving back to the community and I am actively involved in local charity organizations.
